Features 1.Better forward surge performance: SOT-227 FJ package product designed with good chip performance. Take MD50HV16FJ as example, single chip size is 5.81mm*5.81mm, theoretically, it can pass 33A current, which is 30% higher than standard marking current of 25A, which make this product with higher forward surge current capacity and higher resistance to current impact capacity
2.Better heat dissipation performance: SOT-227 FJ package product with Ceramic copper clad substrate welded on 2mm thickness copper plate, the capability for heat dissipation is better and thermal resistance is less than traditional plastic diode.
3.Small package，easy installation: Traditionally, 4 pcs plastic diode combined as AC-DC circuit, which request a relatively bigger assemble space, and request more interfaces, which is not convenient for integration. While SOT-227 FJ package modules could integrate 4 pcs chip into one product with 2 terminals for AC and 2 terminals for DC, which will make circuit more simplify and convenient to assemble.
