The product adopts a new generation of micro-trench process platform IGBT chip, featuring low loss, high operating junction temperature and strong short-circuit capability. Moreover, it uses DBC insulated copper base plate technology, which has good insulation performance, strong thermal conductivity, strong mechanical structure and excellent heat dissipation performance. The product parameters have good consistency and excellent reliability, making it suitable for various medium and low-frequency application fields such as servo controllers and frequency converters.

3. Includes fast and soft recovery anti-parallel freewheeling diode;
